The Citrus county council is a consortium of civic clubs, homeowners associations and environmental groups, with a long and proud history of grass-roots democracy in action. The Citrus County Council was organized in 1980 and incorporated in 1982 as a non-profit, nonpartisan group. Learn more About the CCC.

Membership in the Citrus County Council is available at two levels:

  • ORGANIZATIONAL MEMBERS

Organizations that join can participate with up to 4 delegates and 2 alternates. Annual dues, regardless of size of the organization, is $25 per year. The year runs from January 1st - December 31st.

  • ASSOCIATE MEMBERS

Associate Members are concerned citizens of Citrus County who do not belong to a group that is currently an Organizational Member. They may join, with the recommendation of at least 2 current CCC delegates / members. Annual dues for Associate Members is $10 per year. The year runs from January 1st - December 31st.

Complete the appropriate application / form and mail it to the address listed below. Make check payable to: "Citrus County Council". You will be contacted by the Membership Chair to review your application.
